My best friend just got engaged and I was really impressed at the unique wedding proposal idea that he has come up with and I must say that I am deeply honored to be a part of this event in their lives.
I know he has been contemplating on getting engaged for a long time and I am truly proud of him for really thinking this through. It is a one time event that one must really prepare for and what my good buddy came up with is something novel, creative, fun, and surprising. Wow, with all of those adjectives describing this unique proposal idea, I have to say this is truly one for the records.
Okay, sorry for raving for so long about it. Let me tell you now how it went. He threw a party at his house over the weekend and invited all of the important people in their lives. It was nothing suspicious really because this was something that we did often.
Then he mentioned that we should play a game to get the spirits up and it was so believable that his girlfriend did not have a clue. He asked that we play a whisper chain. You know someone at the front says something and ends up at the last person.
My best friend’s girlfriend was the last in line and he was in front of her. Needless to say as everyone whispered and it was their turn, his girlfriend got the surprise of her life when he whispered the very words that she has been wanting to hear for a long time!
